I hope you've had a wonderful holiday season so far. I wanted to send out a little message to thank you for making my year so full - of activity, of peace, and of inspiration, to name a few!

What happened this year? Gosh, there are so many things...

Sashiko Stitch Club
The Sashiko Stitch Club's private community on the website got a major upgrade this year, and it's so easy to connect with each other now!

In addition, we added new perks to the Stitch Club in 2023, allowing members to take advantage of special discounts and "extras."

Prices for Sashiko Stitch Club are going up to $24/month, but you can lock in the $17/month rate by joining before January!

Live Mini-Workshops
I started offering live mini-workshops in 2023, and ran a handful of them throughout the year, covering topics like

Loving Sashiko Fundamentals
Mend March
Mending with Circles

We also created a project together with the Persimmon Flower Pouch two-day workshop - the one you see pictured is by Deborah Daniel!

Collaborative Courses
I had the pleasure of collaborating with talented zero-waste patternmaker Liz Haywood, not once, but twice this year!

We introduced the Indigo Xanthea shirt course this year, and we just wrapped up our second time through with Zero and Zen.

I'm also delighted to have brought you Zen Books: A slow stitch summer retreat with the wonderful bookmaker Ali Manning earlier this year!

Making Zen
We held Making Zen retreats in May and in September, bringing you a total of 39 artists (including myself) and 40 free workshops over those two weeks!

We were also able to donate to Care International, an organisation that helps empower and lift women out of poverty, thanks to your VIP Pass purchases!

We made some wonderful things happen this year!

We offered a Hana Fukin Stitch Along
We put together and held our first annual UFO October challenge
Mr Zen and I were artists in residence at Chateau Orquevaux in France

And we have so many more great things in the works, like the upcoming Stitch Away the Winter Blues challenge!
